For me, the power of coaching is unmatched. From the leader who is committed to being their best possible self in all spheres – at work, at home and in the world – to the man or woman who wants to develop their own coaching style to get results, I help leaders move from where they are today to where they want to be.

My experience includes working with C-suite executives and their teams, business owners and professionals in law, accounting, other service professions, government and non-government organizations, mid-level directors and managers as well as high performing, high potential individual contributors. These clients work in industries including biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, health care, financial services, information technology and manufacturing, among others.

My coaching is fueled by a personal belief in the incredible capacity and strength of the individual as well as the unbeatable power of diverse perspectives when we work as a team, and so in addition to working with leaders one-on-one, I also supervise emerging coaches, and teach the tools and techniques of coaching, communication and teamwork in university and business settings. Driven by a passion for my clients’ success, I leverage best practices honed over more than twenty years in business to ensure we measure progress, acknowledge, share and celebrate success.
