Linda is Founder & President of Azione-Scopo, LLC. As a life-long learner, Linda supports and encourages individuals and organizations in their pursuit of learning and development in their life of business and business of life. She advocates learning as a process and designs, develops, and delivers engagements which include workshops, documentation, events and coaching to support sustained positive change. Linda’s unique experience with technology, process, and human behavior coupled with her energetic style and innovative approach to learning provides an interactive and experiential learning engagement. Linda’s current focus is on developing skills for the virtual and distance worker – to prepare them for the future of work.

Linda has developed and delivered programs to leaders and managers in many industries including: Pharmaceuticals; Federal Government; Insurance; Education; and Manufacturing. She has worked in multiple disciplines including: Leadership Training & Development, Organizational Effectiveness & Education; Process Improvement & Development; Project & Portfolio Management; Information Management; and Finance.
Her education includes a Masters of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelors degree from the Wharton School. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She has earned a Design Excellence Green-Belt Certification from Johnson & Johnson. She is a certified LIFO® Master Trainer (strengths based instrument).
Her studies and over 25 years experience have provided her with a unique combination of coaching, instructional design, process development, and technology skills which, when combined, help individuals and organizations implement and sustain positive change.
