Meet your Coach
You are introduced to your Coach via email Connect Coach and client met virtually, using VOIP / Skype to connect for 6 sessions over a 3-4 month period. Make the Commitment In order for coaching to work, the client must be fully engaged in the process. It takes focus, commitment and concentration to achieve transformational change in 6 sessions over 3-4 months.
Clients must work hard to achieve; this is the type of client who works with Coaches Without Borders.
One Goal
Our practice has shown the importance of focusing on just one goal. With this in mind, Clients established their goal for coaching and, working with their coach, put a laser focus to that one behavioral goal. Measures of success were set in the beginning and celebrated in the end.

Before the first meeting, each client received an assessment of his or her strengths.
